Influencer Manager

Role Overview

• Evaluate the current influencer program and enhance systems
• Define Gabb’s influencer tier strategy
• Establish program KPIs and reporting cadence
• Build and maintain campaign workflows
• Identify, vet, and onboard new creators
• Manage relationships with existing influencer partners
• Develop creative campaign concepts and write briefs
• Track influencer content performance using analytics tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing influencer programs for a consumer brand
• Demonstrated experience assessing and improving influencer programs
• Proven track record managing campaigns from concept through execution
• Experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting
• Hands-on familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social listening tools
• Strong understanding of UGC strategy and whitelisting mechanics
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
