Act as a trusted advisor to business development teams and take on a leadership role in strategic projects
Make strategic recommendations for the development and execution of complex projects
Monitor the growth and profitability of individual groups and the overall business sector
Diagnose issues and make recommendations
Advise and support business partners in positioning, planning, development, execution, and follow-up for various strategic projects
Contribute to team development through coaching
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance or a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in actuarial services or finance
Advanced proficiency of English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Expertise in property and casualty insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of artificial intelligence
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query tools
