Identify opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate across teams to align offerings with client needs
Analyze market trends, communicate value propositions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets
Manage a portfolio of client accounts while driving growth and retention strategies
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and organizational goals
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
Lead client meetings, present solutions, and communicate value propositions
Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings and support client success
Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and track sales performance through accurate pipeline reporting
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement

Relevant degree preferred
5 or more years of experience in healthcare insurance services or other relevant field required
Must carry an active healthcare insurance license in good standing, with property and casualty included for your resident state
Experience with Zywave Agency Management System highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel
