Responsible for a portfolio of loans to ensure the insurance obligations are maintained
Analyze property, liability, and regional perils
Review insurance policy renewal information from borrowers and/or agents prior to the due date
Remediate non-compliant insurance issues through timely requests for additional information
Respond timely to inquiries from internal and external customers
Monitor reports and deadlines
Utilize the Servicing System and other software applications to facilitate insurance reviews
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure team members are aware of any internal or external policy or regulatory changes
Requirements
At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage industry of insurance compliance processing and/or experience in Commercial Insurance selling, underwriting or claims
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and to meet critical and established deadlines; sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and constant interruptions; Ability to adjust priorities in a changing environment
