Lead a Team of Senior Relationship Managers as a “player/coach”
Responsibilities for new business development of companies nationally within the Healthcare sector
Covering all aspects of healthcare including Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Specialty Physician portfolios, Laboratories, and more
Responsible for talent management functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, and compliance requirements
Provide ongoing guidance and knowledge to the Relationship Managers
Develop close relationships with clients and cross sell various bank capabilities
Develop and maintain relationships with private equity firms with healthcare practices
Responsible for efficient and team-oriented service of clients, timely processing, and adherence to bank policies

Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience, required, specific to healthcare banking
Experienced at networking and prospecting new clients and establishing relationships
Proficient use of Microsoft office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work and lead a team independently
Strong negotiation skills
Strong credit skills
