Reducing the time required to fill openings by establishing a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies
Partnering closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for current and future hiring demands
Building relationships with local trade schools and universities
Requirements
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as online, events, referrals, and networking
Proficient knowledge and demonstrated results using recruitment technology (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, database mining, social media, and military)
Exceptional sourcing ability with an eye for talent
Experience testing new sourcing techniques, tools, and approaches that drive results
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships with hiring managers
Self-driven with superior organization skills, effective communication, high level of integrity, and personal accountability
