About this role
Role Overview
Develop and manage a scalable marketing and go‑to‑market strategy for multiple European markets
Position, launch, and scale strategic product and solution offerings
Translate company strategy into clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and roadmaps
Own brand building, content strategy, demand generation, and awareness across the full funnel
Plan and execute localized campaigns across European markets
Ensure clear, compelling, and market-oriented communication of product value
Structure, manage, and continuously optimize the entire funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring high-quality lead flow
Align Marketing and Sales processes, messaging, and targets, ensuring a smooth handover of marketing-generated leads to Sales
Provide operational guidance to a future Sales team member (e.g. lead qualification, outreach, follow-ups)
Collaborate closely with the Executive Team, Product, Sales & Support to drive market execution and product adoption
Leverage data‑ and AI‑driven methodologies to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, and decision quality
Own marketing budget planning, forecasting, controlling, and performance reporting
Lead, coach, and develop a small Marketing & Sales team (internal & external)
Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers, tools)
Requirements
Several years of experience in a marketing leadership role within a digital, SaaS, or technology-driven environment
Proven experience in a fast-growing, scaling company (Scale-up environment)
Strong understanding of digital business models and hands-on expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and demand generation
Solid experience in content, PR, SEO, GEO, social media, and organic growth
Strong analytical skills with creative, solution-oriented thinking and a clear results focus
Hands-on mindset with strong decision-making skills, and a structured, highly prioritized working style
Confident use of modern marketing and AI tools, with high openness to automation, data-driven methods, and continuous improvement
Fluent English and good German skills
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digitalization, or equivalent relevant experience
