Requirements
A native-level of fluency in Dutch and a B2-level of fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Previous experience in customer service, especially in fashion or luxury sectors, is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
