About this role
Role Overview
Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer inquiries related to social media platform usage, account issues, and technical problems.
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall user experience.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and customer service best practices.
Requirements
A native level of fluency in Dutch and B2 level of English (both written and spoken) is essential.
A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Previous experience in customer service or social media support is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
