Dutch Speaking Customer Service

Role Overview

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to social media platform usage, account issues, and technical problems.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
• Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall user experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• A native level of fluency in Dutch and B2 level of English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or social media support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
