Role Overview

• Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients regarding subscription-based services.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers.
• Document interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or subscription-based services is advantageous.
