Requirements
A native-level of fluency in Dutch and a B2-level of fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer care or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
Currently residing in Greece and authorized to work remotely.
