Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans aligned with business needs
Advertising open roles and proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings and interviews
Coordinating skills assessments, interview processes, and feedback collection
Initiating and reviewing background checks in line with company and local requirements
Supporting offer governance, including alignment on compensation and benefits with key stakeholders
Partnering closely with hiring managers, onboarding teams, and People colleagues to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding journeys
Keeping recruitment data updated in Workday and ensuring full compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Analyzing talent market trends, identifying diverse talent pools, and sharing insights with stakeholders
Requirements
A completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with recruitment, sourcing, or talent attraction, ideally in complex or fast‑paced environments
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
A structured and results‑oriented approach to work
Confidence using data and market insights to inform decisions
Experience with improvement projects, standardization, or process creation is a plus
A strong understanding of employer branding and inclusive hiring practices
