Role Overview
Own the recruitment process from intake to offer for Customer Care Representative roles across Canada
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
Create and post compelling job advertisements aligned to our employer brand
Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured, competency-based approaches
Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer processes
Proactively source candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles, including Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Practitioners
Build and maintain internal talent pipelines using strategic sourcing techniques
Use LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach to engage passive candidates
Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages and conduct cold calls where appropriate
Track pipeline activity and candidate engagement to support workforce planning
Deliver a high-quality, human candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-ups
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clinic leaders across regions
Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations
Act as a trusted recruitment partner who balances speed, quality, and candidate care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track recruitment activity, pipelines, and outcomes to support reporting and forecasting
Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, tools, templates, and candidate messaging
Collaborate with the broader HR and Talent team on recruitment initiatives and projects
Requirements
Experience recruiting end-to-end in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Comfort with proactive sourcing, cold outreach, and engaging passive talent
Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
Ability to craft clear, compelling, and human recruitment messages
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Interest in healthcare recruitment or regulated professions (experience is an asset, not required)
