Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement
Experience in specialty, genetics, or rare disease markets strongly preferred
Proven success in product launches, ideally with first-in-class therapies and in competitive markets
Experience navigating complex rare disease patient journeys, including diagnosis, referral pathways, and access challenges
Experience working in ambiguous environments requiring cross-specialty coordination for patient identification
Experience managing a large multi-state geography preferred
Ability to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight) and maintain a valid driver’s license
