Role Overview
- Support clients in analyzing and optimizing their accounts on search engines and social media platforms.
- Operational management of a client portfolio for SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and SMA (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using reporting tools.
- Provide recommendations on clients' social media creative strategy.
- Recommend improvements to clients' landing pages (hook, ergonomics, UX design).
- Contribute to semi-annual reviews and the development of clients' acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth/digital marketing roles, ideally in an agency.
- Creation and management of SEA & SMA campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights.
- Passionate about the web, marketing, and tech, with a business-oriented mindset.
- Keeps up to date with best growth strategies.
- Experience using tools such as Supermetrics, Looker Studio, and Notion.
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot is a strong plus.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 is appreciated.
