Take responsibility for product sales of network products within the KOMSA portfolio.
Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for system integrators and specialist retail partners.
Provide precise advice on modern network architectures (switching, routing, WLAN & data center networks).
Responsible for preparing quotations and calculating complex technical solutions.
Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the manufacturer's sales team and with internal sales departments.
Participate in trade shows and events hosted by manufacturers and partners.
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a degree in a related field.
Experience in sales, ideally selling network or IT infrastructure solutions, or practical experience in an IT system integrator or IT reseller environment.
Strong communication skills and a great enthusiasm for customer service and consulting.
Interest in new technologies and willingness to continuously acquire new product knowledge.
Structured, reliable and independent working style.
Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ideally experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
