About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and identify companies with potential to adopt Sioux's solutions;
Present our solutions consultatively, highlighting differentiators, case studies, and measurable impact on results;
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with leads and prospective clients;
Lead negotiations and prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring sustainable and profitable agreements;
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized projects for each client;
Organize and optimize commercial processes, tracking the sales funnel and KPIs in the CRM;
Represent Sioux at events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand connections and opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
Solid experience in consultative selling, especially in digital marketing and services;
Strong and consistent client portfolio;
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills;
Broad knowledge of digital strategies and the performance marketing ecosystem;
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented;
Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems;
Availability for occasional travel, when required;
Advantage: Advanced English.
