Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers.
Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short
and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.
Acts as a coach and mentor to the field sales consultants to ensure high-quality representation of the TSI brand.
Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met and that TSI’s customer-specific programs, guidelines, and policies are communicated and followed.
Regularly evaluate customers’ sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
Keeps management updated about the customers’ strategic plans and goal progression.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
At least 6 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of creating, maintaining, and growing outstanding client relationships.
