Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals, and other targeted lists, etc.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and financial services options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals.
Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years of State Farm Insurance experience
MUST be fully licensed (Property/Casualty and Life/Health)
Dedicated to customer service
Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
Self-motivated
Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
