Role Overview
- Manage independently a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate groups
- Carry out annual corporate secretarial duties
- Execute exceptional corporate transactions such as company incorporations and various amendments
- Draft all types of leases and common commercial agreements
- Handle all legal issues and provide advice on corporate law, business law and taxation
- Conduct all necessary legal research to support assignments
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent, e.g. DESS) in Corporate Law / Business Law
- Must have at least 3 years' proven experience in corporate law / business law
- Able to work autonomously on routine and exceptional transactions
- Experience handling legal and tax structuring, restructuring and business transfers
- Strong ability to explain legal concepts; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Comfortable in client-facing situations
- Proficient with office software and digital tools (near-total digitization)
