Role Overview
- Independently manage a client portfolio of micro-enterprises, SMEs and corporate groups
- Carry out annual corporate secretarial duties (approval of annual accounts)
- Handle non-routine corporate transactions, including company incorporations
- Draft all types of leases and routine agreements
- Address issues in corporate law, business law and taxation
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., DESS) in Corporate Law / Business Law
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in corporate law / business law
- Able to work autonomously on routine and non-routine transactions
- Pedagogical with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Comfortable in client-facing situations
- Proficient with office software and digital tools
