Role Overview
- Own the full lifecycle of lead magnets (ebooks, templates, guides)
- Analyze blog performance to create new lead magnets
- Track lead magnet performance and run experiments for improvements
- Collaborate with content teams to distribute lead magnets effectively
- Hypothesize, test, and iterate on projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a content role (think landing pages, email copy, or long-form guides)
- Strong writing skills across landing pages, email copy, and long-form assets
- Comfortable building dashboards and owning performance reporting
- Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish; French, German, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus
