AI Engineer – Claude AI Specialist

TrustNet Technologies is seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer with deep expertise in Claude by Anthropic. The role involves designing, deploying, migrating, and optimizing enterprise AI solutions powered by Claude models across complex business environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI applications powered by Claude by Anthropic
• Develop scalable AI assistants, copilots, workflow automation platforms, and multi-agent systems
• Create and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies specifically tailored for Claude models
• Implement long-context workflows, tool usage patterns, and Claude-specific orchestration strategies
• Design enterprise-grade AI architectures with scalability, reliability, and governance in mind
• Lead migrations from OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, or other LLM providers into Claude-based environments
• Analyze and optimize compatibility, prompting differences, latency, token management, and orchestration logic during migrations
• Refactor and improve existing RAG pipelines to maximize Claude performance and accuracy
• Conduct model benchmarking, hallucination reduction testing, and AI performance evaluations
• Build and maintain production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Integrate Claude with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs, ERPs, internal knowledge bases, and SaaS platforms
• Implement vector database solutions and semantic search architectures
• Ensure secure handling of enterprise data and compliance with governance requirements
• Deploy AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Anthropic APIs, and cloud-native architectures
• Build scalable AI environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and evaluation frameworks for production AI systems
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Claude AI implementations and enterprise GenAI best practices
• Guide engineering teams on Claude-specific optimization techniques and AI architecture decisions
• Participate in technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and client-facing strategy discussions
• Provide recommendations on scalability, governance, security, and responsible AI implementation practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning roles
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions in production environments
• Strong expertise working with Claude by Anthropic in enterprise use cases
• Proven experience leading or supporting AI migration projects between LLM providers
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and AI evaluation methodologies
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and/or Anthropic APIs
• Familiarity with enterprise security, AI governance, observability, and compliance best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with multi-agent AI systems and workflow orchestration
• Experience implementing enterprise AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
• Knowledge of Claude-specific optimization strategies and long-context implementations
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and cloud-native AI infrastructure
• Prior consulting or enterprise client implementation experience
• Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, telecom, or retail
