Manage complex sales cycles, coordinating between corporate customers, brokers, and internal teams.
Plan and run webinars, workshops, and events to engage potential customers and share expertise.
Attend trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
Build and expand referral and partner networks to drive pipeline and lead generation.
Develop and maintain IT partnerships and other multipliers to strengthen your reach.
Create and leverage case studies and success stories to support sales conversations.
Support building a community of enterprise customers through targeted engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for targeted outreach.
Build a strong online presence (e.g. LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers and generate inbound interest.
Identify the right timing to involve the Broker Sales Team and ensure structured handovers.
Support co-selling activities with broker consultants to drive trust and close deals.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with significant revenue impact (7 figure range).
A solid understanding and experience with warm outbound sales methodologies.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate multiple stakeholders across organisations.
High empathy and strong relationship-building skills to establish trust with customers and brokers.
Strong negotiation and consulting skills to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Excellent communication skills in French, German and English.
