Role Overview
- Oversee day to day operations of assigned properties
- Market and lease apartments, drive cost effectiveness, and manage property budgets
- Address and manage resident concerns, supervise property staff, and ensure compliance regulations
- Conduct initial lease processes and maintain applicant waiting lists
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8
- Must have solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with learning new software
