Role Overview
- Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business
- Responsible for the management of their operating units' profit and loss
- Management of budgeting, day-to-day operations, ISO programs and service execution
- Oversight and direct management of personnel, third-party sourcing, pricing, and business development
- Supervise and coordinate employee work and development activities
- Develop bids and quotes for new projects
- Accurately analyze and report financials and collect customer payment
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 7 years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry (in addition to education requirement).
- RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience required
- OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification required
