- Support our clients' customers with their inquiries
- After an e-learning training, gain access to a project-specific knowledge base
- Respond efficiently to inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Work fully remotely and receive payment per resolved ticket
Requirements
- You are comfortable working with new technologies
- You enjoy solving problems, are curious, and energetic
- You enjoy communicating — both written and verbal
- You are available at least 15 hours per week
