Role Overview

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues and respond professionally and empathetically
• Provide positive and lasting customer experiences
• Use internal systems and tools efficiently

Requirements

• Native French speaker (written and spoken)
• Positive, customer-oriented, and solution-focused attitude
• Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tools
• Customer support experience preferred but not required
• Valid authorization to work in Portugal (EU)
• Stable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
• Availability for rotating shifts (24/7) or Monday–Friday depending on the project
