Manage all aspects of event planning and execution designed to build brand awareness and drive lead generation
Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads
Identify, negotiate, and attend various events with the goal of lead generation
Responsible for budget forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining approved budget
Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs
Recruitment, hiring, training, ongoing development, and performance management for event teams
Manage event representative schedules
Partner with branch operations, marketing, and sales to grow brand presence
Track and report event metrics to evaluate team performance and individual performance.
Required travel up to 40% and weekends/evenings to support scheduled events.

High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)
Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time; up to 6 hours during event (with or without accommodation)
2+ years in a customer facing leadership position
Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company's insurance requirements
Associates degree (preferred)
Experience in event marketing, field marketing, sales, or lead generation (preferred)
Strong negotiation, recruiting, and training skills (preferred)
Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others (preferred)
Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time (preferred)
Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail (preferred)
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred)
