Lead a dedicated HR team encompassing all relevant centers of expertise
Direct and manage strategic and operational projects in compensation, benefits, succession planning, and organizational design
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders
Drive company productivity and efficiency
Design the HR budget as well as other financial and performance-related metrics
Analyze current HR systems and develop improvement proposals to enhance performance
Requirements
University degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or a comparable qualification
More than 10 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles
Expertise across most HR disciplines (internal communications, talent acquisition, employer branding, talent management/performance, compensation and benefits, workforce and succession planning, organizational development, works council relations, etc.)
Experience with M&A projects (post-merger/acquisition processes)
Ability to plan, coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously — including digitalization/automation of HR processes
Experience in an international environment, e.g., within a matrix organization
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
