Organization & administration: Coordination of appointments, travel planning, and sales activities
Preparation and maintenance of sales materials, presentations, and business correspondence
Support with onboarding dealers
Communication & liaison: Preparation of sales meetings through thorough customer, market, and competitor analyses
Maintenance and updating of product and sales data
Ensuring a smooth flow of information to international subsidiaries
Sales support: Assistance with quotation and order management, including pricing and follow-up
Preparation of meaningful reports, statistics, and presentations for management
Support and coordination of sales projects

Successfully completed commercial/administrative vocational training or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in an assistant role, ideally in sales or a B2B environment
Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written required)
Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
Confident user of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Careful, structured, and independent working style
Strong service orientation and professional demeanor
High willingness to learn and interest in new topics, products, and processes
