Provide executive support to the Site Manager and assist project teams on a day-to-day basis
Organize meetings, manage calendars, prepare materials and write meeting minutes
Contribute to the administrative follow-up of projects, tenders and site reporting
Coordinate interactions with vendors, partners and support functions
Manage routine site administration (documentation, supplies, vehicles, mail, etc.)
Contribute to continuous improvement of site organization and help coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities
Serve as the local HR point of contact for site employees and liaise with the HR teams
Manage employee administrative matters: working time, absences, medical visits and mandatory training
Support matters related to safety, workplace accidents and regulatory compliance
Participate in Quality of Work Life initiatives and team-building activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Administration, Management or Human Resources
Experience in a versatile position combining coordination, executive support and HR interface
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation
Ability to bring teams together and foster connections between colleagues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Autonomy, proactivity and adaptability
Enjoy working in a team and in multicultural environments
Proficiency in the following languages: Fluent French; English at minimum C1 level; German at minimum B2 level
