- Demonstrate and maintain expertise of industry trends and practices in Fraud and Risk Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality software
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting Fraud Case Management platforms or comparable fraud
- disputes
- or AML systems
- Demonstrated ability to perform both in a product owner and project delivery capacity
- Excellent business impact analysis skills
- Experience in analyzing complex data
- workflows
- and system behavior to identify issues and opportunities for enhancements
- Must have experience with QV/UAT testing
- defect tracking
- and release readiness
- Proven track record of working effectively with technology teams
- Familiarity with project management approaches

- Experience with FileNet strongly preferred
