About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for converting qualified prospects into customers
Help build and structure the sales team
Develop onboarding and sales processes for future closers
Feed feedback from sales calls directly into product development and marketing
Conduct sales calls with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
Close high-ticket coaching programs
Analyze customers' situations and provide targeted advice
Handle objections and confidently steer conversations to close
Work closely with marketing and the founder to optimize conversions
Requirements
Experience building or leading small sales teams, or strong ambition to do so
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
Proven experience in high-ticket closing
Experience in coaching, digital products, or online business
Strong closing orientation and confident presence
Experience with remote sales (Zoom/video calls)
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Nice to have: experience in education or coaching, CRM knowledge, understanding of performance marketing
