Senior Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee benefit inquiries
• Lead and administer all leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, state-specific leave laws
• Manage all workers’ compensation (WC) claims from initial report through closure
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems for all benefit, leave, and WC-related transactions
• Participate in initiatives to optimize HR software and systems for better data management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in employee benefits administration
• Strong knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in using HR software (e.g., ADP, PeopleSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
