Perform HR duties, working closely with and supporting line management and employees in Costa Rica
Apply company HR policy and legal regulations related to HR
Ensure functional leaders implement the necessary changes in a timely manner to remain compliant with legislative requirements
Local point of contact for employees and managers for HR related requests and questions
Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting to various stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field and HR experience
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, leadership development
Functional Knowledge facilitating Onboarding through Success Factors
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws
Hands on experience in inhouse Payroll (Mandatory)
