Build relationships with customers and cultivate accounts into long-term customer alliances.
Develop Tender/Proposal Strategy and prepare/negotiate associated sales quotes.
Develop and manage sales strategies including account targets, account playbooks, and customer engagement plans.
Maintain opportunity pipeline in internal online systems.
Keep abreast of new products, specifications, industry trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses and communicate new information to company colleagues.
Attend industry sponsored trade shows and seminars.
Work as liaison between the company and the customer ensuring all needs are met and regular performance reviews are scheduled.
Provides input and assistance to other functional areas including Quality, Service and Safety to improve processes and customer satisfaction levels.
Experience in the Permian Basin & Relevant Industry sales contacts.
Customer Relationship Management.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Have a clean driving record, which generally means: No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months. No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
