Build and own a central marketing dashboard that tracks all key metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, lead volume, conversion rates, and channel ROI across all five markets.
Deliver structured reports to the CEO enabling data-driven budget and strategy decisions.
Manage and optimize active acquisition channels: Yelp, Thumbtack, Local Service Ads (LSA), organic SEO, and word-of-mouth initiatives.
Work with the current agency managing the WordPress site to run structured A/B tests aimed at improving conversion rates.
Own CAC, LTV, and payback metrics broken down by market and service type.
Maintain and improve the email marketing strategy currently run internally.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
Experience managing SEO agencies as a client and evaluating their output.
Solid understanding of local SEO and multi-location business dynamics.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Yelp Ads, Thumbtack, or LSA.
Fluent English (written and verbal) — all agency and client communications are in English.
Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with minimal oversight.
