Lead and further develop a small interdisciplinary team of performance managers and analysts
Manage the external agency
Focus on growth and optimization of new and existing customers and the most important KPIs (revenue, AOV, CAC, CLV, etc.)
Develop and implement the performance marketing strategy (SEA, paid social, display, affiliate, programmatic, etc.)
Continuously optimize the customer journey with a focus on conversion, retention and customer lifetime value
Build and scale growth strategies including testing frameworks (A/B tests, funnel optimization, marketing automation)
Data-driven analysis of campaign performance, budget allocation and forecasts
Close collaboration with Brand, CRM, Finance, Executive Management and the Board on the holistic growth strategy
Reporting line to the CEO

Several years of experience in performance marketing / growth – ideally in a scaling digital environment (e‑commerce, D2C, SaaS or similar)
Proven success in improving core KPIs within a D2C Performance & Growth environment
Deep understanding of paid media, tracking & attribution, funnel KPIs and marketing tech stacks
Strong analytical, data-driven approach with a hands-on mindset
Entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on impact and ROI
Fluent in German and English
