Requirements
A BA/BS in Computer Science or a closely related degree, or equivalent practical experience
A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in IT operations
Proven experience in managing and enhancing day-to-day operations through the implementation of AI technologies
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune and the Azure platform
Demonstrable experience with IT Helpdesk operations, including a strong ability to understand and support technical needs across diverse user groups
A track record of successfully leading large teams and managing resources efficiently under budgetary constraints
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
5+ years of experience leading teams (preferred).
