Working closely with Senior Business Stakeholders to advise and guide technology solutions
Agreeing delivery plans and overseeing performance within targets
Executing the Discovery phases for S/4 HANA transformation alongside inflight projects
Providing governance and oversight for all projects within the SAP Transformation Roadmap
Creating and nurturing strategic 3rd party eco-system for top tier capability delivery
Leading and measuring activities of the team and focusing on continuous improvement

Extensive Project, Program and Portfolio delivery experience in a complex, fast paced environment
Extensive SAP Delivery experience, having led a number of full end to end SAP Transformation programmes
Deep understanding of the tools and techniques for effective program, resource and risk management
Technical background in the SAP Transformation domain in the context of how the business works
Understanding of the Enterprise Applications used
Ability to manage complex scenarios and communicate effectively across the organisation
Strong influencing skills and analytical mind
Commercially astute with confidence and accuracy in interfacing to a finance business partner
Proven people leader and builder of high performing teams
