About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the liaison between IT teams and business areas, ensuring alignment of requirements and solutions;
- Participate in the implementation, configuration and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions;
- Support the definition and analysis of functional requirements, ensuring their translation into effective technical solutions;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) in the role of Scrum Master;
- Ensure proper application of Agile Scrum practices and promote the team's continuous improvement;
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication;
- Monitor delivery progress and ensure achievement of defined objectives;
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience in similar IT projects;
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service;
- Experience as a Scrum Master, with Agile Scrum practices;
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international environments;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- Fluent English;
