Responsible for leading the development team for medium-complexity projects under Spassu contracts with the client, ensuring compliance with the development process in all aspects, whether contractual or procedural.
Ensure adherence to the development process.
Keep the team focused on the delivery plan and proactively identify situations that may cause deviations.
Ensure activities are recorded so that indicator collection is accurate and provided in a timely manner to the account manager.
Shield the development team from adverse events.
Onboard new development team members so they feel welcomed and are prepared to start working on the team.
Attend or act as facilitator in project ceremonies to ensure their objectives are achieved.
Contribute to roadmap prioritization with the client to ensure delivery of the highest-value items.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a Scrum or Kanban training certificate or certification.
Desired experience: 3 years in project management and/or as a Scrum Master.
Knowledge of Agile methods.
Intermediate knowledge of software engineering.
Basic knowledge of Project Management.
Agile and flow metrics.
Backlog prioritization techniques.
Applied knowledge of key Lean-Agile practices: Scrum, Kanban, and others.
