Sales Operations Manager – Splunk

Role Overview

• Own end-to-end management of the sales forecasting process including data analysis and recommendations to sales leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health and forecast accuracy
• Integrates operational insights from multiple domains to advise leadership
• Support Annual Planning including territory design and quota setting
• Establish strong operating cadence to drive consistency and predictability throughout the sales organization
• Streamline the end-to-end sales process to eliminate bottlenecks and increase productivity
• Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders on GTM Strategy and decisions
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams

Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations or a relevant function
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• High proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• advanced excel skills
• experience with BI Tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
