About this role
Role Overview
Support onboarding, HR records and compliance maintenance
Coordinate credentialing setup for all new employees
Collect and organize new hire training plan documents
Assist with virtual orientation meetings for new hires
Manage the 90-day review process
Maintain accurate employee credentialing records
Track staff compliance requirements
Conduct quarterly all-staff email audits
Assist with ADP's Learning Management System (LMS) tasks
Support coordination of internal training programs
Process scrub orders and assist with additional HR tasks
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar support role
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
