Handling customer service tasks for an assigned customer portfolio
Receiving and processing all types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders
Responsible for processing inquiries and orders from start to finish
Proactively communicating with customers to inform them about delayed orders
Responsible for managing the consignment stock: replenishing consignment goods, inventory management, invoicing, counting, reconciliation
Handling customer complaints and returns according to the complaint management process
Performing quality checks and implementing corrective actions
Monitoring open orders to ensure timely delivery to customers

Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Preferably initial professional experience in customer service/inside sales, alternatively in logistics, supply chain, or field sales
Excellent spoken and written Italian, English and German are required
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not required
Good to very good Excel skills
Self-organization, ability to work independently and prioritize; willingness and ability to quickly learn new areas of work, and a positive attitude
