TTEC is a company focused on enhancing customer experiences, and they are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and providing solutions to their issues with a compassionate approach.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Requirements:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be able to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
