Manage full‑cycle recruitment from discovery through offer stage, scaling North America and LATAM hiring efforts during high‑volume recruiting periods.
Support multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong pipeline visibility
Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies and direct outreach
Conduct talent market mapping and competitive talent analysis
Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and role requirements
Maintain accurate, audit-ready candidate data within Workday or similar ATS platforms in compliance with OFCCP and EEO requirements
Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to track progress and improve hiring outcomes
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Multilingual: English, Spanish, Portuguese
Experience using Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms
Experience within Life Sciences, Medical Device, or other regulated government industry
Experience recruiting across multiple business functions within a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-enabled recruiting technologies
