About this role
Role Overview
Initial contact with leads via phone, email & LinkedIn
Conduct short needs assessments
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Maintain and document all activities in the CRM
Manage and optimize follow-up sequences
Participate in weekly pipeline and target check-ins
Requirements
Strong communication skills, motivation, curiosity & drive
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
Structured approach to work and quick learner
Desire for growth, feedback & professional development
German language skills at minimum C1 level, spoken and written
Some experience in pre-sales is a plus but not required
