About this role
Role Overview
Be the first point of contact, building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Educating customers on the different ways they can do their banking
Supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
Accurately follow processes and procedures, ensuring all activity is completed in compliance
Take appropriate actions to ensure good customer outcomes
Requirements
Ability to collaborate and support the development of positive customer relationships
Keep the customer at the centre of everything you do
Be creative and open to new ideas
Solve problems proactively and confidently offer solutions
Use analytical and logical thinking, and adapt well to change
Plan and organise your work effectively, prioritising your time well
Evidence of your grade A-C or Level 4, Maths and English GCSE or equivalent results (ideal, but not necessary)
